اتصال به گوگل،
روشن و قابل‌کنترل.
ورود به فکرهات با گوگل، با اجازهٔ خواندن تقویمت فرق دارد. اینجا می‌بینی هر اتصال دقیقاً چه داده‌ای می‌گیرد و چطور می‌توانی خاموشش کنی.
۱. دو اجازهٔ جدا

هیچ‌کدام دسترسی به Gmail، فایل‌های Drive یا مخاطبان را درخواست نمی‌کنند. برای استفاده از فکرهات لازم نیست تقویم گوگل را وصل کنی.
۲. تقویم در فکرهات چه کار می‌کند؟
- رویدادهای گوگل را به‌صورت یادآوری در فهرست و تقویم فکرهات نشان می‌دهد.
- یادآوری‌های تاریخ‌دار فکرهات را، طبق جهت همگام‌سازی انتخابی، به گوگل می‌فرستد و تغییرها را هماهنگ می‌کند.
- عنوان، توضیح، زمان، مدت و تکرار رویداد می‌تواند به هاتی کمک کند دربارهٔ برنامهٔ خودت پاسخ یا پیشنهاد مرتبط بدهد؛ مثلاً تداخل زمانی را ببیند یا برای یک جلسه آماده‌ات کند.
همگام‌سازی دوطرفه می‌تواند تغییر یا حذف یک رویداد را به سمت دیگر منتقل کند. اگر فقط نمایش رویدادهای گوگل را می‌خواهی، جهت را روی «نمایش رویدادهای گوگل در هاتی» بگذار.
۳. کجا و برای چه نگه می‌داریم؟
توکن اتصال Calendar روی سرور رمزگذاری‌شده نگه داشته می‌شود تا بدون ورود دوباره، همگام‌سازی انجام شود. نسخهٔ لازم از رویداد و شناسهٔ ارتباطش با یادآوری در حساب خودت ذخیره می‌شود. توکن کوتاه‌مدتِ ورود با گوگل ذخیره نمی‌شود.
برای پاسخ‌ها و پیشنهادهای هاتی، قسمت‌های مرتبط از جزئیات رویداد ممکن است به پردازشگر هوش مصنوعیِ سرویس ارسال شود؛ فقط برای همان قابلیت‌های داخل فکرهات. داده‌های گوگل برای فروش، تبلیغات یا آموزش مدل عمومی هوش مصنوعی استفاده نمی‌شوند.
پردازشگرها فقط به اندازهٔ لازم برای ارائهٔ قابلیت مشخص داده دریافت می‌کنند. دسترسی انسانی فقط در موارد محدود پشتیبانی با رضایت، امنیت/جلوگیری از سوءاستفاده، یا الزام قانونی ممکن است لازم شود.
۴. هر وقت خواستی، قطعش کن
- در فکرهات برو به تنظیمات ← حساب کاربری ← تقویم‌ها.
- «قطع اتصال» را بزن. توکن‌های گوگل از فکرهات حذف و همگام‌سازی متوقف می‌شود.
- انتخاب کن یادآوری‌های واردشده از گوگل هم پاک شوند یا یک کپی محلی از آن‌ها بماند.
این کار رویدادهای اصلیِ موجود در Google Calendar را حذف نمی‌کند. می‌توانی از اتصال‌های حساب گوگل هم دسترسی فکرهات را لغو کنی. متن‌هایی که قبلاً از رویداد در گفت‌وگو یا یادداشت ساخته‌ای، از همان بخش قابل حذف‌اند.
برای درخواست حذف کامل حساب و داده‌ها، از ایمیل حسابت به login@fekrhot.ir پیام بده.
۵. تعهد ما دربارهٔ دادهٔ گوگل
استفاده و انتقال اطلاعات دریافت‌شده از APIهای گوگل مطابق Google API Services User Data Policy، از جمله الزامات Limited Use، خواهد بود.
مجوزهای گوگل فقط برای قابلیت‌های مشخصِ رو‌به‌کاربر در فکرهات استفاده می‌شوند. توضیح کاملِ سایر داده‌های برنامه در سیاست حریم خصوصی و شرایط استفاده در این صفحه آمده است.

Signing in to FEKRHOT with Google is separate from granting calendar access. Here is exactly what each connection does and how to turn it off.
1. Two separate permissions

Neither connection requests Gmail messages, Drive files, or contacts. Google Calendar is not required to use FEKRHOT.
2. What Calendar enables
- Display Google events as reminders in FEKRHOT's list and calendar.
- Send dated FEKRHOT reminders to Google and synchronize changes according to your chosen sync direction.
- Use relevant event titles, descriptions, times, duration, and recurrence for HATI answers and suggestions about your schedule—for example, identifying a time conflict or helping you prepare for a meeting.
Two-way sync can propagate an event change or deletion to the other side. If you only want to display Google events, choose “Show Google events in HATI.”
3. Storage and processing
Calendar connection tokens are encrypted at rest on the server so synchronization can continue without repeated sign-in. Necessary event data and its mapping to a reminder are stored in your account. The short-lived Google sign-in access token is not retained.
For HATI answers and suggestions, relevant event details may be sent to an AI service processor solely to provide those in-app features. Google data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models.
Processors receive only what is necessary for the specific feature. Human access may occur only in limited cases: support with your consent, security/abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
4. Disconnect and delete
- In FEKRHOT, open Settings → Account → Calendars.
- Choose Disconnect. Stored Google tokens are deleted from FEKRHOT and synchronization stops.
- Choose whether to delete reminders imported from Google or retain them as local copies.
This does not delete original events already in Google Calendar. You can also revoke FEKRHOT from your Google Account connections. Event excerpts previously used in a conversation or note can be deleted from that section.

5. Our Limited Use commitment
FEKRHOT's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google permissions are used only for specific user-facing FEKRHOT features. The Privacy Policy explains other app data, and the Terms explain service conditions.
