۱. سرویس و حساب

فکرهات یک ابزار شخصی برای ثبت متن، صدا و عکس، مدیریت یادآوری و برنامه، و کمک‌گرفتن از هاتی است. با استفاده از سرویس، این شرایط و سیاست حریم خصوصی را می‌پذیری.

اطلاعات ورودت باید متعلق به خودت باشد. حفظ امنیت ایمیل، گوشی، نشست‌های فعال و لینک‌های خصوصی تقویم با توست. اگر به دسترسی غیرمجاز شک کردی، سریع اطلاع بده. سرویس برای کاربران زیر ۱۳ سال در نظر گرفته نشده است.

۲. محتوا مال تو می‌ماند

مالکیت یادداشت، صدا، عکس و محتوایی که وارد می‌کنی از تو گرفته نمی‌شود. فقط اجازهٔ لازم برای ذخیره، پردازش، نمایش، همگام‌سازی و ارائهٔ قابلیت‌هایی که استفاده می‌کنی به فکرهات می‌دهی.

باید حق استفاده و پردازش محتوای ورودی را داشته باشی. برای ضبط صدای دیگران، اشتراک‌گذاری اطلاعات شخصی یا واردکردن محتوای متعلق به دیگران، مجوزهای لازم را بگیر.

اتصال Google Calendar اختیاری و جدا از ورود با گوگل است. جهت همگام‌سازی می‌تواند باعث ایجاد، ویرایش یا حذف رویداد در تقویم متصل شود. قبل از فعال‌کردن، توضیح داده‌های گوگل را بخوان.

۳. هاتی کمک می‌کند؛ بی‌خطا نیست

تبدیل گفتار، خواندن عکس، تشخیص تاریخ، خلاصه و پاسخ هوش مصنوعی ممکن است اشتباه یا ناقص باشند. زمان قرار، مبلغ، نام، تعهد و اقدام مهم را قبل از اتکا بررسی کن. خروجی هاتی جای مشاورهٔ حرفه‌ای پزشکی، حقوقی یا مالی را نمی‌گیرد.

برخی اقدام‌ها پیش‌نمایش و تأیید می‌خواهند؛ بعضی قابلیت‌های خودکار طبق تنظیمات فعال می‌شوند. مسئولیت تصمیم نهایی با کاربر است. اعلان یا همگام‌سازی می‌تواند به مرورگر، شبکه یا سرویس ثالث وابسته باشد؛ برای کار حساس فقط به فکرهات تکیه نکن.

۴. استفادهٔ مجاز

از سرویس برای نقض قانون یا حقوق دیگران، دسترسی غیرمجاز، انتشار بدافزار، آزار، کلاهبرداری یا دورزدن محدودیت‌های امنیتی و سهمیه‌ها استفاده نکن. تلاش برای استخراج دادهٔ حساب‌های دیگر یا اختلال در سرویس مجاز نیست.

ممکن است برای حفاظت از کاربران، رسیدگی به سوءاستفاده یا الزام قانونی، دسترسی موقتاً محدود یا تعلیق شود. در صورت امکان دربارهٔ دلیل و راه پیگیری اطلاع می‌دهیم.

۵. اشتراک، تغییرها و دسترسی

قیمت، مدت، سهمیه و امکانات هر طرح قبل از پرداخت در برنامه نمایش داده می‌شود. خرید اشتراک به معنی سهمیهٔ نامحدود نیست. زمان تمدید سهمیه با دورهٔ پرداخت یکسان نیست مگر در صفحهٔ خرید صریحاً گفته شده باشد.

برای مشکل پرداخت، اشتراک یا درخواست بررسی بازپرداخت با پشتیبانی تماس بگیر. حقوق الزامی مصرف‌کننده طبق قوانین قابل‌اعمال محفوظ است.

ممکن است قابلیت‌ها، محدودیت‌ها یا این شرایط به‌روز شوند. تغییر مهم با اطلاع‌رسانی مناسب انجام می‌شود. سرویس با تلاش متعارف برای پایداری ارائه می‌شود، اما دسترسی همیشگی یا بدون خطا تضمین نمی‌شود.

۶. پایان استفاده و تماس

می‌توانی هر زمان استفاده را متوقف، اتصال‌ها را قطع یا حذف حساب را درخواست کنی. نگهداری و حذف داده طبق سیاست حریم خصوصی انجام می‌شود. قبل از حذف، از اطلاعات مهمت نسخه داشته باش.

تا جایی که قانون اجازه می‌دهد، فکرهات مسئول زیان ناشی از اتکای بدون بررسی به خروجی AI، قطع سرویس ثالث یا افشای لینک خصوصی توسط کاربر نیست. این بند حقوقی را که قانون اجازهٔ محدودکردنشان نمی‌دهد حذف نمی‌کند.

برای پشتیبانی، حساب، پرداخت یا پرسش دربارهٔ این شرایط:

1. Service and account

FEKRHOT is a personal tool for text, audio, images, reminders, plans, and AI assistance from HATI. By using the service, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Use sign-in details that belong to you. You are responsible for protecting your email, phone, active sessions, and private calendar links. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. The service is not intended for users under 13.

2. Your content stays yours

You retain ownership of the notes, audio, images, and other content you submit. You grant FEKRHOT only the permissions needed to store, process, display, synchronize, and provide the features you use.

You must have the necessary rights to submit and process content. Obtain required permissions before recording others, sharing personal information, or submitting content owned by someone else.

Google Calendar is optional and separately authorized from Google sign-in. The selected sync direction may create, update, or delete events in the connected calendar. Read the Google data notice before connecting.

3. HATI assists; it is not infallible

Transcription, image reading, date interpretation, summaries, and AI answers can be incorrect or incomplete. Verify important dates, amounts, names, commitments, and actions before relying on them. HATI does not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Some actions require preview and confirmation; automatic features operate according to your settings. You remain responsible for final decisions. Notifications and synchronization depend on browsers, networks, and third-party services. Do not rely on FEKRHOT alone for critical obligations.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate laws or others' rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, harass, commit fraud, or bypass security and usage limits. Accessing other users' data or disrupting the service is prohibited.

Access may be temporarily limited or suspended to protect users, address abuse, or meet legal obligations. Where possible, we will explain the reason and how to seek review.

5. Subscriptions and availability

Plan prices, duration, allowances, and features are displayed before purchase. A paid subscription does not imply unlimited usage. Allowance resets and billing periods are separate unless the purchase screen expressly states otherwise.

Contact support about payment issues, subscriptions, or refund review. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Features, limits, and terms may change. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

6. Ending use and contact

You can stop using the service, disconnect integrations, or request account deletion at any time. Data retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy. Keep copies of important information before deleting it.

To the extent permitted by law, FEKRHOT is not responsible for loss caused by unverified reliance on AI output, third-party outages, or a user's disclosure of private links. This does not limit rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
